Sizes, sanding and options
Panels are available in 4 × 8, 4 × 10, 4 × 12, 5 × 8, 5 × 10 and 5 × 12 ft. Sanding is done at 180 grit, on both faces or with a custom finish on request. Specialized options are also available: NuGreen panel (VOC-free), fire rated (FR) and moisture resistant (MR).
Natural, reconstituted or laminate veneer
We veneer your panels with natural wood veneer, reconstituted veneers or laminates, and we can also thicken panels. All our veneers can be applied to any type of panel, depending on your project requirements. To learn more about the process, see our veneer lamination guide.
What to include in a quote request
Tell us the species, cut, matching, grade, substrate, dimensions and finished thickness. You can also request grain and color uniformity, and indicate if the grain must be reversed (cross grain). Add your drawings (PDF, DWG, DXF) directly in the form.

What is the difference between veneer and a veneered panel?
Veneer is the thin sheet of real wood. A veneered panel is the panel (MDF, plywood, particleboard, etc.) onto which that sheet is glued and pressed.
Which substrates can you veneer?
We work on MDF, particleboard, plywood, HDF, Fibrex, Cora Perform and marine plywood. NuGreen (VOC-free), fire rated (FR) or moisture resistant (MR) options are also available.
What panel sizes do you offer?
Common sizes are 4 × 8, 4 × 10, 4 × 12, 5 × 8, 5 × 10 and 5 × 12 ft. Panels can also be cut to size.

Can edge banding be matched to the panel?
Yes. Our wood veneer edge banding comes in several species and widths, to finish your panel edges with a matching wood.
