Architectural Wood Panels, Sequence-Matched or Made to Your Drawings
For architectural and high-end millwork projects, we manufacture veneered panels to drawings specifying dimensions and grain direction, or sequence-matched so the pattern carries from one panel to the next.

01 — What we manufacture
| Panel type | What it means |
|---|---|
| Architectural | Panels veneered to the specification of the project, on the substrate you choose. |
| Sequenced “Blueprint” | Panels made to your drawings, with the veneer laid out across the panels as the plans show. |
| Cut to size | Panels delivered cut to the dimensions you need. |
| Long grain and cross grain | The grain runs along the length of the panel, or across it, as the design requires. |
02 — Sequence matching, in short
In a sequence-matched set, the leaves of veneer come from the same log, in cutting order, and each panel is numbered. Once installed, the grain and colour flow from one panel to the next across the wall. Slicing methods that cannot produce consecutive leaves, such as the Marunaka, are not suited to sequenced sets. A wide range of matches and custom or special patterns are available: see our veneer matching guide.
03 — Panels made to your drawings
Send us drawings that specify dimensions and grain direction for each panel. A complete quote request states the species, cut, matching, grade, substrate, dimensions and finished thickness. You can also ask for grain and colour uniformity, and indicate if the grain must be reversed (cross grain). Attach your drawings in PDF, DWG or DXF directly in the quote form.
04 — Large formats, up to 5 × 12 ft
Panels are made in 4 × 8, 4 × 10, 4 × 12, 5 × 8, 5 × 10 and 5 × 12 ft. Large formats suit walls, cladding and counters: fewer joints and more continuity of the grain. Substrates include MDF, particleboard, plywood, HDF, Fibrex, Cora Perform and marine plywood, with one face, two faces, balanced backer or special assemblies. NuGreen (VOC-free), fire rated (FR) and moisture resistant (MR) options are available.
05 — One veneer across panels, doors and acoustic elements
A project looks cohesive when the wood is the same everywhere. We coordinate the veneer between wall panels, architectural doors and acoustic elements, and we can supply matching wood door frames and edge banding.

06 — Frequently asked questions
What is the largest panel you can make?
We manufacture panels up to 5 × 12 ft, depending on veneer availability. Contact us to confirm feasibility for your species.
Can the veneer be coordinated with doors and acoustic elements?
Yes. We coordinate one veneer across panels, doors and acoustic elements so the whole project reads as one.
Which drawing formats do you accept?
PDF, DWG and DXF. You can attach them directly to the quote request form.
