What types of veneers and panels do you offer?
We offer natural and reconstituted wood veneers, our Vintage, Textura, and Rough Sawn collections, as well as custom architectural doors, wood frames, and edge banding. Over a hundred domestic and exotic species are available.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes, wood samples are provided free of charge so you can confirm the species, grain, and color before placing your order.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is $250 or 32 square feet.
What is the typical production lead time?
Lead time varies depending on the complexity of the project and the species chosen, but it generally falls between 3 and 6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.
Do you deliver outside Quebec and Ontario?
We deliver regularly throughout Quebec and Ontario, and can deliver elsewhere in Canada on request depending on your project. Contact us to confirm delivery to your address.
Is the wood you sell certified (FSC, PEFC)?
FSC or PEFC certified wood is available on request for projects that require it, particularly those pursuing LEED certification. Mention this need when requesting your quote.

Do you offer custom fabrication of doors, frames, and panels?
Yes, in addition to selling veneers, we manufacture custom architectural doors, wood frames, and veneered panels, tailored to your dimensions and choice of species.
